Hi!
What kind of device do you have? Does this happen when you go to the Google app or is it when you try to go to the Google website through a browser? Please return with more information about the problem and we will try to help you.

It sounds like it could possibly have something to do with your internet connection. We recommend that you try resetting the network settings on your device and then connect back to your Wi-Fi. Which you can do via Settings > General Management > Reset Network Settings > Restart the phone. After this, go to Settings > Connection > Wifi > Connect to your wifi. See if it works after this.

Do you experience similar problems when accessing other websites?

We then recommend that you try clearing the data in the browser you are using. Which you can do via Settings > Apps > Find your Browser > Storage > Clear Data > Restart the device. See if it works better after this.
Should the problem persist, we recommend that you contact our customer support so that they can investigate this further: https://www.samsung.com/se/support/contact/
