Samsung is very well aware of the Wifi defect on the ZFold phones, yet takes zero accountability for this defect despite the countless times I have contacted Samsung. I have been a Samsung customer for over 20 years, starting with the various S series but this defective $2000 ZFold 3 is the last Samsung phone I am purchasing. Moving on to the new IPhone 15. My frustration level is over the top with trying to deal with this horrible, deceptive company and their employees. I think SAMSUNG EMPLOYEES should file a class action law suit against Samsung for forcing them to lie to customers, probably during their entire shifts. That is an unconscionable way to get a paycheck. Seriously, shame on you Samsung for your deceptive, fraudulent business practices.

It would appear from your post that you may be resident in the USA or Canada and using a Fold device for that region. Be that as it may, you speak of Class Action which as such does not exist in the U.K. and other European countries who have differing legal systems and consumer protection. Also, in Europe we have double the warranty period, 24 months, that North America has and issues are covered for a lot longer. Since the aim is to get your device working on Wi-Fi it makes more sense to post this and seek advice in the region that you are in to reach a satisfactory conclusion, I think you will agree.
