Is there anybody else have their Zfold for repair? How long did it take to repair the outside screen? I have mine in the service center for 2 weeks now and up to now I have no update. I find the customer service really unreliable, they do not give you enough information except saying part is still to be ordered or some sort. I find it annoying and inconvenient

It really depends on how busy the Repair House is.
i.e how many devices are in front of yours to repair, and how long it takes to repair them.
Then there's availability of parts.
Sometimes they may need to order in parts.
I hope your phone is repaired ASAP for you.

Same here but only collected last Friday.
I am thinking it is better buying direct from networks (i.e. EE, Vodaphone, etc...) assume that route you usually get a quick replacement.
Other threads mentioned a total screens, batteries, fold mechanism replaced and connectors, for my 6 mth old phone that is outrageous.

just tried to get a chatbot update, status was waiting for service partner work has not started.
i am thinking under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 I will ask Barclaycard to step in, shocking six month old £1750 handset.
