ZFlip 3 crashing

The phone won't work unless connected to a charging cable. If you unplug the charging cable the phone crashes, then you need to replug and restart the phone. It started last week sometimes crashing, the update on Thursday made it worst. Anyone else having similar issues?

Factory reset see if the issue is resolved. Many issue can be fixed simply by a factory reset.

i have the same problem since the last update... did you get a solution for the problem? Already did a factory reset, but problem is still there. Thank you!

Same issue for me and samsung offering no help at all and ee are even worse. Any fix yet or anyway to view the crash data to know why its doing it?
