Can't redeem Disney +offer from Samsung boost any advice

I couldn't claim either. Rang them nearly 4 times in one week. They've asked me to send an email with screen shots and other information but still nothing yet. Most of the staff members are not even trained for the rewards and telling me that they've limited access. I gave up today.. Proper poor service unfortunately and they asked you after every call to leave the review. What review they're expecting not sure...

@No1knows , Was it your Z Flip4 that Samsung Support took over? What kind of things did they try?

And any more info you can share on how far you get and which step of the claim process is going wrong for you?

Tried to redeem Disney + after about 6 attempts to redeem got a code form samsung over the phone via text the the person from samsung it's all up and running now but what a hassle
