Z Fold5 loosing network

I am a proud owner of the Z Fold5, and I frequently travel abroad. In my previous S20 Fun Edition model, I often encountered issues with signal loss while roaming. Initially, I attributed this to my service provider. However, the problem hasn't disappeared with my new phone. I experience signal loss quite frequently. I'm currently on a business trip, and my business partner, who uses an iPhone 14 on the same network, doesn't face this issue. I believe Samsung needs to make some changes. I'm starting to lose patience.

It sounds like the phone's internal bands and frequencies do not want to connect properly with the bands and frequencies the network uses in the country your visiting @WalterFox

Have you tried connecting to different networks in the country your visiting.

Unfortunately apart from resetting the network in the phone's settings I'm nkt sure what else you could try.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi, thank you for your message. I've tried switching networks already, but it didn't work. Firstly, it took a long time, and the connection was only brief. Secondly, my phone heated up significantly. Honestly, if I have to constantly manually switch carriers, Samsung isn't the phone for me. Nonetheless, thank you again for the suggestions :smiling-face:
