Z Fold3 inner screen no longer working

I opened my Z Fold3 and discovered a large thick black line down the centre fold and the right hand side of the screen is no longer responsive to touch.

The device hasn't been dropped or damaged and there isn't any cracking or damage to the screen.

Can anyone advise? I've only had the handset since January so not long at all.

The Samsung website just seems to want to send me for a £400 screen replacement but I haven't caused any damage.

Mines the same 3/4 inch black line on middle screen, and the right side is unresponsive. The people experiencing this is massive. Obviously a manufacturing fault. How do we escalate this for free repair or replace? Anyone know the process ?

They replace it once for 100 dollars warranty sent me a refurbished with dings all over it screen pulled out in middle in a week and then I paid cash for first one they tried charging me for the replacement saying it was in thier warehouse but they couldn't find it I recorded all conversations. Talked to ceo said he'd fix it blocked be right after

Just opened my fold5 and it glashes and then goes off. Front working fine.

I rarely use the larger screen so nit a problem. But it's annoying  knowing it doesn't work. Had the phone since December last year. Looks like a waste of ti.e contacting Samsung looking at these replies. I can't afford to have it repaired.
