Z fold 4 Disney+ cant sign in

Has anyone been able to redeem the Disney+ offer. Every time I open the boost app I sign in which seems successful and then it just reloads to the boost app it is very frustrating I can't get this qr code to claim

Me too... mine says "It appears that you are not eligible for this offer."

Even though I am signed in and on my Fold 4!! 

I have tried everything but to no avail.... any idea Samsung??

Check your device is compatible with Disney+. Navigate to your device's firmware settings page and check for updates. Try deleting and reinstalling the Disney+ app from your device's app store (e.g. Google Play or App Store). Try logging in with the same details on a different compatible device.

You have not read this post properly. The issue is NOT about the Disney+  but rather the fact Samsung Boost is not working. People can't get through to the part where a QR code is generated as Samsung Boost keeps asking people to sign in. This reply does not actually address this issue.

Me to bit of a fiddle lol.had to jump through hoops just to get buds only tell you wait for 45days lol.think thay make it to claim so you give up
