Mine also delaminated @VJ2021 on the main internal screen on my Fold³
I peeled it off and now use it successfully without one.
Outlets such as Whitestone Dome sell the screen protectors.
You can't buy a Samsung official screen protector but you could ask a Samsung Service Centre if they have the part and machine available to fit another.
