Hello.

I have been running behind Samsung and Assurant for over a month now, to fix the internal screen for my Galaxy Z Fold3 5G which is bought just under 4 months from the official store.  I have requested the claim through Samsung Care +, and it looks like the Samsung Care team does not care regarding this. Can anyone suggest the best contact email/phone regarding this? I have called them many times and it keeps getting pushed by asking to wait. Thanks in advance.

Depending on where you are, you could go through the trading standards route or speak to someone about escalating it further
