I use a basic alarm setup & i also have the Do Not Disturb ( DND ) set to turn on when i go to bed & to turn off when i wake , just after my alarm..
Why is it that this does not work properly , everything turns on ok , no disturbances through the night until my alarm goes off as expected & my DND is still turnd on.
I have missed so many important calls , txts , msgs from family , business & customers because of this , its not obvious until i dial my phone & nothing happens.
Ahaa DND is still turned on & it does this every morning - problem being that i have to remember to turn it off manually 1st thing in the morning which to be honest my brain does not remember this until i have had a shower & making my cuppa tea do i then go "Oh SH*T" DND is on & by this point i have normally missed a few urgent calls ....
I do not have any other environment setting like bedtime mode or healthy mode on..
I turn off my DND so i can get those all important msg's but i get no sleep from all the other notifications going off...
PLEASE SORT THIS OUT - i have also raised this many a time via the samsung Members app & have ref numbers too but nothing has happened in the many updates . revisions since..
