I sent the Z flip to local Samsung dealer and result is "hummidity demage . unrepairable"
But looks even worst to read on the report : if you want to have it back you need to pay 50 CHF, either they utilize it.
Trying to contact samsung service in Switzerland but looks unuseful.
Better buy another brand. I have I phone since the first one and never was so frustrated like with Samsung. Very unfair with customers.
I will ban Samsung from all the companies of my Group.

Issues can happen inside phone's due to condensation in side a phone if weather creates this.
As this trips water sensors this can invalidate the manufacturer warranty.
However I find it wrong that your being charged to get the phone back even if your wanting to pay for any offered repair.
That said I understand it's different in other countries. I'm in the UK.
I can't see it costing that much to send a phone back. 50chf is equivalent to nearly £40 in the UK.
If this was my situation I'd certainly challenge that cost. Take a look in your countries Samsung Support T&C's.
