That's really unfortunate. Looks like it will need a new screen fitted. Contact Samsung Customer Support to either get it booked for a repair or see if there's a Samsung Experience Store that you can book it in with. Should be a straight forward repair. If you send it off. They will inspect the phone and let you know what the cost of the repair is before they start work
Sent my new phone away to them and they because there was a bleed on my Z Fold 4 just after a few days of having it. They voided my warranty because the service centre sent these photograghs saying i had cause Physical Damage to the phone. Samsung beleived them and qould not listen to me that the pictures are not a Z Flip 4. Please beware.
