Why does it only Say Samsung galaxy on start up

When I turn my phone on why does it just say Samsung galaxy, instead of Samsung galaxy z fold 3.

 
Device is official and bought from Samsung.

My s21 ultra is the same, they changed it on the s21 series. It was the first thing I noticed, I thought is my phone ligit. 😂

Same but it says official device, but is strange as all my other phones, said what it is.
