I haven't owned this phone long I didn't drop it. I randomly opened the phone and heard cracking now the inner display has a black line down the middle. I do not recommend and I no for a fact that samsung won't fix under warrenty. Never had this happen to my flip 3 do not buy unless your prepared to pay for repair at some point

You won't know what will be fixed if you don't try
Call Samsung customer support and book a repair.
If there's no external damage other than what's happened. It should be repaired under warranty
But you need to get it assessed
My Fold 4 hasn't had any issues with the screen

It could be the factory fitted screen protector @issuefold4 

Fact is you won't know how Samsung will actually until you've let them assess the phone.

give it time i will guarantee it will break and you will get the "physical damage" message. unless you work for samsung then you will be ok.

So far I've not had any issues. So hopefully all being well will continue this way.
No I don't work for Samsung. I'm a gas and mechanical engineer. So I'm just a fan of the brand
