Visual voicemail won't turn on!

Is this happening to anyone here? The option is there and I turn it on however it never stays on

If I reboot it will show voicemail tab in phone app for awhile and then it'll be gone...

Does your chosen network support visual Voicemail for your model of phone ?

Perhaps check on their support pages or ask their support team @Dr_Joolz

It's sky and yes they do.
Anyway I requested network settings again and it seems to have come back now.... Not sure why it suddenly stopped working
