Hi,
I thought to share my latest experience with Samsung 🤦‍♂️

On the 13th i pre-ordered 2 Filp 4's and 2 cases. On the 18th i got the message from dpd, that on the 19th they will deliver it. Because we were on a holiday and not expected this early, moved the delivery date to the 23rd. On the 23rd morning, the cases arrived, phones nowhere. On the afternoon contacted across the online chat to ask about the delivery. They said will have a look and and follow up with dpd. Within an hour got an e-mail that i requested a return to swap the phones. So went back to the online chat, to ask again what is going on. She said no problem, if i have not asked the return, they will cancel it. It happened, great, all sorted. I thought... The next morning (24th) got a phone call from trade in to find out why my phones are there, possibly a mistake. I said it is, i'm still waiting for my phones. So they sent me the phones with a next day delivery. Hurray, my phones are coming. During the day, another message, about i requested a return. Unbeliveable, what's going on? So back to the chat, she said possible a system glitch, she will cancel it straight away. Never got any confirmation, but nevermind, the phones are on the way 🎉 Today (25th), around 3pm dpd arrived. Openened the package, and what i've seen, really shocked me 😱 2 opened boxes, no samsung logo at all on them. The phones in are in a transparent bag in folded position. Only one charger cable and one sim pin next to the phone in the same bag. These accessories for the 2 phones. Thats all, nothing else in the bag or the boxes. So straight away called them to ask is it a joke??? They wanted my vedeo and pictures to investigate than wait for their result. Not agreed, asked for a full refund straight away. Now i send the phones back tomorrow and done a new pre-order 🤷‍♂️

I hope you will have better experience when you open your parcel. However i never had any issues in the past. Enjoy your new watch 👍

Also i was looking for an e-mail address to write a complain, and ask for an investigation, but there is none.
