Order date Nov 17th. Delivery date was supposed to be Dec 6th. Only for Samsung to email saying Delivery delayed indefinitely. No new date provided. Called customer service and they were no help at all. ***** it's Christmas. This is a present for someone and I am not even sure it will be here by Christmas.
I mean, how does company this big have such terrible customer service?

It's not uncommon for certain Storage capacities or colour choices to be on a supplier delay unfortunately.
Have a look on the Samsung Community US Forum boards to see if others are experiencing the same / similar delays.
Delivery schedules can change quite quickly so I hope you get some good news soon 🫰
