Does anyone have a number to actually speak to someone in the upgrade programme? I've sent the last 2 hours going from one person to another and no-one can help me or pass me through to someone on the upgrade programme team.
Or does anyone know who I need to speak to, to try and cancel my contract midway due to issues with the phone. I've spoken to samsung finance and they say I'm not with them? I get passed back to Samsung, they say they can't help and pass me back to finance! It's a never ending cycle that I want to get off and away from Samsung

I suggest you go to your nearest samsung shop, and discuss it with them as that's probably the easiest way to talk to them

My nearest shop is a 2 hour round trip unfortunately so was trying to avoid this. Samsung also still have my phone so not like I can even take it to a shop

That sounds horrendous, you could try messaging samsung on here or if you have Facebook drop them a message. Unfortunately I can't find a direct line for them.

Hi if you have a credit agreement which you took out to purchase the phone. You will have been given a copy. That will tell you who you borrowed the money from. Failing that look on a credit reference agency site as it will be registered with one of the three agencies.

Samsung don't just use their own finance, they use PayPal and others.

Experian
Equifax

Cheers guys!

Hi @lsaxton , According to the guidance we have at our end in order to exit the Upgrade Programme early you'd need to get in touch with Klarna customer service: https://www.klarna.com/uk/customer-service/ (Local Rate: 0203 005 0833; Freephone: 0808 189 3333; Mon – Sat 9 am – 6 pm, Closed on public holidays) as they're the current credit provider for the Programme.

Unsure which number you contacted Samsung on or if you've already spoken to Klarna though. Alfsdad's advice on checking who you have the credit agreement with might be best to see if it clarifies the situation.
