In November 2021 I signed up for the upgrade programme. In November 2022 I used the option to check if I could upgrade, and it said I was three days early. So, the credentials worked. Fours days later, and frequently since then, I tried again and now all I get is "Wrong credentials". And no one seems able to help. Any suggestions?

Hello, @Sazpeeps. If you're based in the UK, I'd highly recommend reaching out to the Online Shop Team about your upgrade (and accessing your current plan etc.). The number is 0330 7267 467 (open from Monday to Sunday from 8am until 10pm).
