Update has phone acting up

Yesterday (9-04-2022) my phone said it needed to update, so update I did. Since then, my phone is acting like it's bugged and has a mind of it's own, if scrolling Facebook it suddenly clicks into random people's profiles, using youtube it started scrolling itself and selecting a video or on the home screen it starts trying to select random apps etc. What the hell is going on and how do I fix it?

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues. 

> As a very last resort back up and factory reset.
