When I click the link telling me to register for my free year of Care+, there is no option for my phone (Z flip4) and when I type in anything, model, serial, phone name, I get an "Internal Server Error", so I cannot register.
Any ideas please? Broken website?

Good shout, but I got the same result.
I scrolled down on the Care+ page to a "redeem now" link for new phone users, took me to the above page again, same result.
Seems to work better via my phone.

Now I'm in the "Device Identifier" page to claim my Care+ package, the form does not recognise my phone's IMEI or Serial Number. Frustration doesn't cover it.

If you are copy and pasting the IMEI I find deleting the last digit and typing it in, then pressing tab, etc and ok.
I can't put into words how frustrated i am by this.. I've been trying to set up the Care Plus since getting my phone last week but still getting "IMEI or Serial number you've entered is not available in this country. Please check again."
I have tried; incognito browser, live chat which didn't respond, calling which didn't reply, the IMEI2 number which didn't work, the serial number which didn't work.. I bought this new from O2 and it is definitely UK based but it just won't let me set this up and it's so driving me mad.
Chatbot sat for ten minutes doing nothing. I've emailed support.
