UK Cashback promotion

I'm trying to claim for the cashback promotion on the ZFlip3 and it's saying my purchase date isn't correct.

The terms state between the 1st of December 2021 til the 24th December 2021, I made the purchase yesterday and got the phone today.

Is there something wrong?

The same thing happened with Topcashback uk, Samsung showed a possible cashback when buying, and then simply refused. Status: Refused by the seller! :((((

I got it working eventually, I used Samsung Internet instead of Chrome and it worked great.
