Trade in problem

Hey,

I'm unable to trade in my fold 3 for the fold 4. The IMEI for the new one seems to not be recognized 😞 Anyone else having this problem?

Have you logged into your account
You need to make sure you are inputting the IMEI number exactly as you see it
Use IMEI 1
Double check what you put in to make sure you have got all the numbers
Maybe try a different browser as well

I've tried both IMEI numbers, copied and pasted, written by hand, etc. Tried everything and not one time did it work. I did contact the owners of the promo but still waiting for response...
