I have not received my return package and label in the delivery. I called customer care 10 times but no response, they cut call in between. Please let me know what to do?
This trade-in is so difficult. I feel like I should return my new device instead of going through all this.

HI @Ashish2 Have you recently received your new Device? Return packages tend to arrive separately and may be a few days later.
