Got a new phone also traded my old phone I'm with deal but it didn't come with a trade in label so I can't send my phone back any ideas what I can do please

There's definitely no lable in the packaging that came with your phone?
I've had it sent with the phone before.
If not then contact customer support as soon as you can to get it sent.
Sometimes they can email it to you for you to print off
You only have a short time to get the traded in phone sent off

Yeah definitely not there, tried to speak to someone but didn't know anything . do you have the email address to send or number please

Same here. Today I called support in UK and they gave me a number to call on Monday.
