I've received my new phone, but I'm confused how I need to send my old phone for the trade-in.

I paid £5.00 for the recycle pack which has a 48hr royal mail label. But I also have an email to send the phone to weee for recycling. Which service do I use?

You will receive your new phone, before you receive the return packaging for your trade-in device.

The return packaging will have a poly bag and return label.

When I ordered my Note10+ in 2019, I received this first, and the return tradein packaging 7days layer..

However, since ordering my S22Ultra in January, I received the phone and the trade in packaging together.

Could be worth contacting Samsung.
