How do I get started on product testing ? #samsung flip

Well alot of folks on here that are testing products are Member Stars, how other do it, I have no idea

Member Stars are chosen by the Mod Squad, from regulars on here that answer questions to assist other Samsung users

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum

As @-Robot- has advised, most if not all of those selected for the (very generous) Product Testing have been on here for a long time and have been supporting other customers with their issues for many months or even years.

We also have to upload reviews and other feedback before returning the devices in about 4 months time (we don't get to keep the mobile devices). 👌

As both people above said, you have to be active in forum and be helpful to other users. Ive been active in forum for around 2 years or so and it was in march i was contacted to see if i wanted to test any devices. So far ive recieved an American style fridge freezer, Microwave, Tumble Dryer and Washing machine. Tomorrow or sometime this week im recieving the Zflip6 device to test (This device has to be returned so far, but i get to keep the rest for good.) Its genuinely an amazing opportunity to be involved in this and im very happy i was selected to join the Members Star team.

Strange because I've been a samsung member for years and never got the chance to test anything

Whilst there have been some great opportunities for Member Stars, the chance to Product Test has only become available fairly recently . I have been a Member Star or the equivalent for some time. Perks though should not be the main motivation, I enjoy helping others and engaging with others in the Community, be they Stars or other friendly Members. Obviously though it is great to be valued.
