Message to those thinking of buying a Z flip direct from Samsung direct. Dont!
If you want this model buy it from an air time vendor as Samsung accepted my order and after paying extra for a timed delivery and waiting in i am still phoneless.
After wasting 33 minutes of my life, that i'll never get back on the live chat service i am still no clearer of when the phone will arrive. Another 15 minutes of wasted time on the phone to customer support, which was anything but, they still cannot tell me when the phone will be in stock.
Terrible customer service!
