Terrible build quality

Anyone else having issues with outer case coming off and cracks on the flip screen where it folds...my phone is just over 1 Yr old!!!!

We are sorry to hear about your phone. Could you provide a photo of this? Also, could you confirm what phone you have?

My camera is my phone??....the fact I can get my finger behind the cover should tell you enough. The cracks on the screen will be hard to photograph in any case

Just over a year old on a phone like this and that's what happens....its a Z Flip 3

@gordon75 Do you have access to another phone to be able to take a photo of this? This will help us understand fully what is happening.

Sorry to hear of the issues your having with your phone @gordon75 

Samsung apply a limited 2 year Manufacturers Warranty to their phone's 

I'd suggest to book the phone in with a Samsung Service Centre to have it assessed.

Not yet but only had the fold 4 for around 8 months. I did put the genuine Samsung case on it from mew though so perhaps that helped??
