Do we mistakenly believe that opting for well-known brands, which inevitably come with a higher price tag, guarantees reliable customer support? Unfortunately, I've encountered misfortune with the Z Fold 4 foldable device, experiencing hinge issues twice. During the second occurrence, they attributed an external damage to my outer screen (wonder what the logic is) to void the warranty. Even after making the necessary excess payment five days ago, they are still grappling with how to collect my phone.

I agree with @AshtabS9Ultra that it's probably the courier that's been used that's causing the pick up delay @Members_Ee6xg2k
I owned the Samsung Fold³ and had very little issue with it apart from the delamination of the factory fitted inner screen protector.
I hope this gets sorted fkr you ASAP.
@Piper123 I'm sure your aware that we would predominantly see people sign up to a forum to express their disappointment at a situation rather than a person taking the time to sign up to share their positive experiences. This may not allow a good balance.
We don't also sometimes see the whole picture on what's going on between the parties involved.
