Suggested replies

Hey guys I'm looking for some help with suggested replies. I have checked everything and all the settings look correct but when my z flip 6 is closed and I get a notification, if I swipe to the message and tap it - it just opens the app it doesn't provide me with the suggested replies. This applies to Google messages, WhatsApp, samsung messages.

What am I doing wrong?

Since you have already verified that the different settings are activated, I suggest that you proceed with a reset of the general settings:

• Settings
• General Management
• Reset
• Reset settings
• Reset settings
• Restore

This operation will bring the phone back to its defaults, but it will not result in any loss of saved data or configurations of installed apps: it will therefore only intervene at the level of system settings such as ringtone, wallpaper, wi-fi networks and bluetooth devices, etc.

Next, reboot the device, turn on the quick response option and see if the inconvenience persists.

How is your app authorization, settled?

Im traveling ATM so a bit hesitant to do any resets.

Just to confirm I need to have

- lock screen notifications allowed
- writing assistant on
- suggested replies on

Hi Dunknow,

you don't need to activate Writing Assistant, but you can check the other two points, as well as perform the restore suggested by Danilo when possible.
