Still no Trade in no response

Hi so i have mentioned this before I sent my trade in two weeks today not heard a single thing so I go to the ring the trade in number (due to covid bs we can't seem to answer calls even tho everywhere is opened up an running normal hmm OK) so I have emailed them no response is this what samsung do just ignore ppl? Its driving me mad I just want to no it's all sorted etc is anyone else still waiting?

I had this problem when sending my old tablet it in, after about 3 weeks I got an email saying everything is sorted

It took 2 weeks to get a response on the trade in on my watch 3.

If you've got your post office receipt then it's worth putting the number into the Royal Mail app and it'll tell you if its been delivered.

Yes I did and it got delivered the next day signed for so they definitely received it as someone signed for it etc just nit hearing from them is the strange bit but as I say il just keep waiting
