Secure Folder Password

There is a glitch where if you enter your password/pin to access the secure folder you then get another password screen and this second screen has no "forgot password" or reset function so basically you are stuck and this has frustrated many people as you can enter a billion passwords and no forgot password prompt. The solution is to delete by pressing cancel. I was then able to restore from a previous backup. No Samsung tech will be able to help.
