Screen recorder audio out sync

Hi 

Over the last few updates I have noticed my audio is out of sync to the video .I have recorded on my Zfold 2 . Phone has latest update. Can anyone help please?

Hey @luke2021 

That's odd. Is it just happening with the default Camera app? If so, head into Settings > Apps > Camera > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache, then Clear data. Once you've done this, please restart your phone.

Hi thanks for your reply. But my problem lies in the screen recorder editor going audio out of sync on any video editing & recordings 🙄

Is the issue still occurring? If so, please try a Soft Reset by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for around 10 seconds. This will reboot your phone and get rid of any minor bugs, without deleting any personal data.
