Has anybody else experienced the manufacturer fitted screen protector failing?
Mine has become worn/cracked along the fold and needs replacing. But apparently, talking to Samsung, this means I have to send the phone back to them as no official authorised resellers are near me.
I'll be without the phone for ~7 days and Samsung won't tell me the cost of replacing the protector, although searches online seem to indicate ~$100.
All of this seems excessive for a screen protector. The screen itself is fine, the phone works perfectly, so before I go down this ridiculous route has anybody experienced dealing with this themselves?
