Hi @Dac1314
I've just gently pressed my Fold 3 basically all over both sides and I'm not hearing this " popping " noise.
If this was my phone I'd certainly approach a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre for support.
If you purchased the Fold3 direct from Samsung and your under 28 days of ownership then ask for a new replacement.
Would you let us know how you get on.

In that case your first point of contact would be o2 as they supplied the Fold3.
It's definitely not meant to happen with the screen so to me presents itself as a faulty unit.
How long have you owned the Fold 3 ?
I'd suggest to check on o2's terms in regards to replace / repair terms.
Edit...
Appears to be 30 days from owning the phone.

Release date was 27th of August 2021.
What date did you take ownership of the phone ?
If over 30 days then Unfortunately that would mean your over the 30 day return for a new replacement via o2 @Dac1314
Please do speak with o2 but I feel they'll offer a repair only.
