Could be just the screen protector.
Do you have Samsung Care?
Contact samsung customer support and advise them of the issue.
If its just the screen protector, it should be a simple fix.
Alternatively if you have a Samsung Experience Store near you, it's possible if they do repairs, to book it in for an appointment.
