I think you may have got that wrong.

The latest update with the March security patch is... F936BXXS2CWB5.

Your link takes you to Samsung's F936BXXU1CWAC changelog with a release date of, "2023-02-13", and a Security patch level of, "2023-02-01", not to mention that those enhancements were in the original One UI 5.1 release a month ago.

Samsung normally do not update the changelog on their site, for about 4 or 5 days.

In a nutshell, it is just a security update... a very large security update with 50 fixes as outlined in post #2, here...
