So first attempt was a disaster, removed it carefully as it sticks solid, then watched the Samsung Official YouTube guide, very good but quick.
The second following the Youtube channel was better but the middle bar left two lines and the top blue slide got stuck and would not slide off resulting in marks to the screen protector.

Really cannot understand why Samsung did not provide it fitted as per the ZFold3.
Also the screen protector is a major dust, lint magnet.
