As always, carrier branded phones have to be adapted for the carrier and then certified by the carrier before release by Samsung. Therefore, stock Samsung, unbranded firmware is released first. This is also the reason that carrier branded firmware is excluded from Beta testing.

Software updates are sent out in waves as not to overload the Samsung Servers as well as sent out in connection to region , phone eligibility and build and serial number.

You could try Samsung Smartswitch too @Thunder1998 

I've actually seen in the past that branded phone's recieved the update before unbranded phone's @ironass  

I don't believe all networks do this testing.

I know Vodafone UK do.

That makes two of us buddy! EE aren't especially fast at verifying so I won't be surprised we get it in December just before Xmas

To be honest android 13 isn't that much different than the Android 12 version and as android 14 is just round the corner, ive read that the S23 models will have it so I guess your device will get the update soon
