Hello Samsung, can you explain why your repair center in uk TNT FIRST, are not honouring warranty repairs on inner screen. I have been quoted £479 gbp for the repair. They claimed there was damage on my phone. I have pictures of phone on day of courier showing no damage. Phone was returned with damage???,
Unfortunately the Samsung Community Forum Team are probably not going to be able to intercede as this isn't part of their remit @Graham Hatley
It's good that you took time and date stamped photo's of your phone.
If you haven't already I would suggest to raise a ticket with Samsung Customer Services to escalate this to the correct department.
