I have a Samsung z flip3 and and when I charge it fully if I leave the house at 10am by 4pm the battery's on 20% is the battery draining this quickly normal or should I get it replaced 🤔

You will need to go into battery and device care to look at what is using the battery.
The battery should be fine in the phone.
Something like a particular app or theme is possibly running in the background.
It also depends on what you are doing on the phone.
Games, videos and photos will use the CPU more and drain the battery faster.
Apps like Facebook, TikTok and Instagram will use quite a lot

You can always try wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone. This may help
