Samsung Wallet Installation Fail

Hi,

I just transferred everything to my new Flip 4, but a can not make the Samsung Wallet to run. Tried to re-install it, tried to download from the Play Store and obviously re-boot the device. Always stuck when try to install in the app. Anyone any idea?

I had the same when i tried to connect some wearables. After i came home, left the data connection on and everything updated. Is there any specific reason for it, like set up or is it a kind of a system glitch?
