Who supplied your phone to you @Keith1974 may I ask ?
If you look in Settings, About Phone and look in Service Provider Software version what does the last three alphabet letters say ?
i.e mine says EUX as it was supplied directly by Samsung Uk.
This is known as the csc code.
I'm asking because some sellers / resellers of Samsung phone's source them from abroad which can hinder Samsung Wallet thus Samsung Pay options.
If you perform a forum search you'll see quite a few existing threads that are about the issue of Samsung Wallet not working properly and may contain some helpful information.
Also a Google Search brings up lots of hits with one being > https://www.imobie.com/support/fix-samsung-pay-not-working.
