Hi. My Upgrade date is today, 10.08.2022. But still no Invitation link for Upgrade.  Can I make order now or need to wait Invitation?

No need, If you know that you are eligible for the upgrade today, you can just go ahead and upgrade.

The only option I can see is to join the upgrade program.
I'm already on it so I just want to upgrade.
Doesn't seem to give me that option

Yes, I had the same. You need to Login and refresh the page and there will be phones available for Upgrade on your line of devices. Example: I had the S22 series in the list, after Login they changed to Z Fol4 and Z Flip4...

Does anyone know if you have to redeem the offer for free s pen case and charger etc or will it just come with the fold 4 like the folding leather case last year?

No. After receiving the phone, you need to go and make your Claim!
