samsung upgrade program

i had the samsung upgrade program for the last 3 years and every time they emailed me to change my phone which didn't happen this year.Does this happened to someone else? Thanks!

Yes it seems like you don't get notified now.
I just went into the upgrade lounge and pre ordered the new phone anyway

Check any email spam folders to see if any communication has dropped into there. 

Try logging into your Samsung Account to check your eligibility.

thing is i don't have the loan id.if i use the one from last year they say i will exchange fold 3 for fold 5 and i have fold 4 so confusing

i am eligible because i checked with my loan id from last year but it says i have fold 3 to swap for fold 5 but i have fold 4 now

You will have emails from Samsung and Klana from last year with details of your purchase and loan information.
I have the Klana App to be able to track my loan agreement.
See about looking back to when you last upgraded.
Unless you have deleted those emails, they should be there.
If not, try contacting Klana and seeing if they can help
