Samsung upgrade program

Hi does anyone know how to complain to Samsung regards me coming to the end of my contract on the upgrade program and have chosen to return my phone, which I did late July and received an email from Samsung on the 1st August stating all received and the phone was now back under ownership of Samsung and they would settle the remaining balance in the next 10 days to Klarna and it's the 22nd August today and the bill still hasn't been settled. I've made numerous phone calls and live chats over the past 5 days and got nowhere every time being refused to speak to a manager or being promised a manager will ring me back but as of yet never has. Thanks in advance if anyone can give me some guidance to get this resolved 🙏🙏
