I ordered the Samsung Fold 3 for £1599 and then cancelled the order an hour later due to changing my mind.
I've sent countless emails and messages to their support as well as phoning their line to get my money refunded. As of yet, I still have no refund and I'm basically being given the run around.
This is really disappointing as it's now put me off ever attempting to buy from Samsung ever again. I've actually had to start a dispute process with my bank today as it's been more than the 7-10 days they tell you for a refund.
Samsung Shops customer service is the worst I've dealt with in my life so far!
Has anyone got any advice or had a similar experience they might be able to help me with?

Just wanted to ask you. Did you get your money back? Because I'm exactly in same situation I cancelled my order after 1 hour and no refund despite many calls and emails

I did get my money back eventually after emailing them constantly. They really are terrible when it comes to customer service.
