Samsung promotions - Z Fold4/Z Flip 4 - Claim a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite?

I've had my phone 2 weeks and still no voucher for the tab s6 lite. Why do they make it so difficult to receive the promotions.

Is this offer still valid (3rd of December)?   I realize the dates listed above are from 1 to 30th of November but Amazon.co.uk is still displaying the offer

there is a new promotion, at least for germany. however when i setup my shopping basket with a z flip 4 bespoke edition with a provider contract i cannot add the tablet with 0€. It will stay at 340€. If i don't use the contract option it works but this seems not right. Please have a look and let me know how i can receive the tablet as a promotion when i buy the z flip 4 bespoke edition
